Lease Type List
Make the following menu selections to display this page:

Reports—Lease
Type List
The Lease Type List provides a listing of lease types defined
for use by the currently selected property or properties.
Report Details
Type
The identifying lease type code or ID. Lease Types
are established on the Lease Types Tab.
For instance, CORP.
Description
A brief description of the lease type. For instance,
Corporate Unit.
Total
A total count of lease types, listed per property.
To Display the Lease Type List
- From the eSite menu,
select Reports—Setup
Reports—Lease
Type List.
- Click Select
Properties. Select the properties for which you want to print the
report and click Done.
- Select a Report
Format option: Acrobat
Reader (default), Crystal Viewer, Excel.
- Click Display. If you selected the printing option, Excel,
you are prompted to open or save the report Excel file. Otherwise, the
report opens in your preferred format.
Effect of Permissions
User security permissions must be granted in the System
module to access this menu item.
