Lease Charges Overview
The Lease Charge process updates lease information based
on renewal amounts and bills those recurring charges to the associated
lease. Depending on your policy settings, this process can be run alone
or as part of the Begin of Day process.
Multiple Instances of Lease Charges
If you have more than one property with multiple users entering activity
simultaneously, note this process cannot be run by multiple users at the
same time. If attempted the system prompts an alert message indicating
to the second user that the process is currently being run by another.
It does not allow the second user to continue until the first user's attempt
completes.
