Initial Startup Menu Options

The menu options that a user sees at initial startup depends on whether or not that user has been granted access to at least one property.

If the user has access to at least one property within the database, that user will only see the menu option Select Properties, which is used to log in and have full access to all menu items.

A user without access to at least one property within a database will see the following menu options as long as their permissions are set up to grant these menu items for the user.

Select Property

Used to select a property once the user has been granted access to at least one property.

Properties

Used to add a new property.

User Property Access

Used to grant user property access.

Group Property Access

Used to grant group property access.

How to grant yourself access

As long as your permissions are set up to grant these menu items, you may use the following menu options to grant yourself access to a property.

User Property Access or Group Property Access

Use to grant yourself access to an existing property

Properties

Use to add a new property. Then, grant yourself access to that property using User Property Access or Group Property Access.

After setting up access to a property, use the Select Property menu option to log in and have full access to all menu options.
