Group Property Access Grid
Make the following menu selection to display the grid:
Setup—Security—Group Property Access
Use this tab to manage user access to property databases.
Fields
Group Name
The group identification. Click the group name
to edit the property access rights for the group.
Find User ID
To search for a group name, type the first few
letters or numbers to search for in the field (or select from a drop-down
list if one appears) and then click Find.
Page Field and Go Button
Use the Page field and the Go Button to display
additional pages when the list of entries in the grid is longer than one
page.
To Grant Property Access Rights to a Group
- From the eSite menu,
select Setup—Security—Group Property
Access.
- From the Group
Property Access Grid, click the group name for the group whose access
you want to edit.
- From the Property
Access Rights tab, in the Selected
column, select the check box for each property you want to grant access
rights to for the group.
Note
Select the check box in the column heading to select
all properties.
- Click Done.
