Reports—Management Reports—Unit Occupancy Days

This Assisted Living report tracks how many days each bed is occupied, and, therefore, is different than other leasing reports. For example, a Resident leasing a bed may leave the room for a few days for a hospital visit. While in the hospital the Resident is still leasing the bed so the Rent Roll report shows the Resident in the Unit, but this report shows the bed as unoccupied.

Note Note

The name of this report is based on the Unit Long Name value in the Property Names category for property policies associated with the current Property. For example, if the value is "Bed," then the name of this report is Bed Occupancy Days (rather than Unit Occupancy Days).
