Discharge Reason List
Make the following selections from the menu to display
this page:
Reports—Setup Reports—Discharge Reason List
This report is
a listing of Discharge Reasons previously set up for
properties. Discharge Reasons are unique codes used to define the reason
why a resident is discharged from a unit.
Report
Details
Code
The identifying code for a Discharge Reason.
Description
A brief description of the Discharge Reason.
Active
Shows whether the code is active within the system.
Y=Yes, N=No.
The report also shows a count of the number of Discharge
Reasons in the report.
To
Display the Discharge Reasons List
- From the eSite menu,
select Reports—Setup
Reports—Discharge
Reasons List.
- Select a Report
Format option: Acrobat
Reader (default), Crystal Viewer, Excel.
- Click Display. If you selected the printing option, Excel,
you are prompted to open or save the report Excel file. Otherwise, the
report opens in your preferred format.
Effect of Permissions
User security permissions must be granted in the System
module to access this menu item.
