Non-Qualified Codes Setup
Make the following menu selections to display the Non-Qualified
Code grid:
Setup—Guest Card—Non-Qualified Codes
Use this grid to manage Non-Qualified Codes used to identify
a guest or resident as unqualified to lease based on your property's lease
criteria.
Note
in column headers allow you to change what appears in
the grid.
Field List

Note
A red asterisk ( * )
indicates a required field or selection.
Add Non-Qualified Code button
Select this button to add a new code to eSite.
Refer to the add instructions later in this topic.
Non-Qualified Code*
A user-defined code; 3 characters maximum. Once
saved, it cannot be edited. Examples:
CR for
Credit Reasons
INC for
Income
Description*
A brief description of the Non-Qualified Code;
15 characters maximum. This description is shown for selection in Unqualified
Guest Cards. Examples:
Credit
Reasons
Income
Delete
Use the Delete button
to delete a code. Refer to the delete instructions later in this topic.
Reset button
Use the Reset button to discard changes to the
grid.
Save button
Use the Save button to save changes to the grid.
Unsaved changes are not permanently saved in eSite.
Procedures
To Add a Non-Qualified Code
- From the eSite menu,
select Setup—Guest Card—Non-Qualified
Codes.
- From the Non-Qualified
Code Grid, click Add Non-Qualified Code.
- Enter a code and
description into the fields that appear, tabbing between fields.
- Click Save.
To Edit a Non-Qualified Code
- From the eSite menu,
select Setup—Guest Card—Non-Qualified Code. The Non-Qualified
Code grid appears.
- Click in a Description field and it
becomes editable.
- Make the desired
changes. Use the Fields list for help.
- Click Save.
Note
You cannot edit the Non-Qualified Code field.
To Delete a Non-Qualified Code
- From the eSite menu,
select Setup—Guest Card—Non-Qualified Code.
- Click the Delete
button for the Non-Qualified
Code you want to delete. The Non-Qualified Code is deleted from the grid immediately.
- Click Save.
The Non-Qualified Code is permanently deleted from the grid.
