Exceptions Report

Make the following menu selections to display this page:

Reports—Audit Reports—Exceptions

The Exceptions Report shows a list of exceptions that occurred for each resident for the properties selected. The report includes exceptions for any policy selected during property policy setup in the Exceptions category.

ClosedSelection Criteria

Select Properties

Click to select properties from the Select Properties pop-up. The report runs for all selected properties.

ClosedReport Details

Unit

The building + unit number. For instance, 01-A101.

Name

The primary occupant name. For instance, Sally Smith.

Exception

A brief description of the exception. For instance, if unapproved batches exist then this line could read, Batch number 123 is unapproved.

ClosedTo Display the Exceptions Report

  1. From the eSite menu, select Reports—Audit Reports—Exceptions.
  2. Click Select Properties. Select the properties for which you want to print the report and click Done.
  3. Select a Report Format option: Acrobat Reader (default), Crystal Viewer, Excel.
  4. Click Display. If you selected the printing option, Excel, you are prompted to open or save the report Excel file. Otherwise, the report opens in your preferred format.
