Both Global and Property Policies affect the way the 
 system handles recoveries for commercial properties (i.e., property type 
 set to 6-Standard Commercial). Therefore, informed 
 choices need to be made when setting policies on both the global and property 
 level.

            Default for Tenant Transfers
            The option Recoveries 
 must be selected for the system to transfer recoveries from the old unit 
 to the new unit.
            The option Sales must 
 be selected for the system to transfer sales amounts from the old unit 
 to the new unit. 
            The option Insurance 
 must be selected for the system to transfer insurance information from 
 the old unit to the new unit. 
            The option Holdovers 
 must be selected for the system to transfer holdovers from the old unit 
 to the new unit.
