Edit Posted Renewals Grid
Make the following selections from the eSite menu to
display the grid:
Special—Housekeeping—Historical Data—Edit Posted Renewals
This grid provides easy access to lease renewals for
residents/tenants so that you can view or edit posted renewals.
Fields
Note
Click any column heading to sort the list by that heading.
Bldg
The building identification.
Unit
The unit number.
First Name/Last Name or Tenant
The name of the resident or tenant. Click the
link and the Select Release Renewal
tab opens.
Status
The status of the resident/tenant.
Lease End
The date that the lease ends.
GOTO Button
Type a page number and click GOTO
to open that page in the grid. For more information, refer to Go To Button.
To Edit a Posted Renewal
- Select Housekeeping—Historical
Data—Edit Posted Renewals to open the Edit Posted Renewals grid
to see a list of residents/tenants.
- Click a Name
to open the Select Lease Renewal
tab to see a list of posted renewals for that resident/tenant.
- Click a link
in the Begins Date column to open a renewal. The Lease
Renewal Dates tab opens.
- View the information
on the tab, or edit any of these fields: Date
Signed, Date Begins, Date Ends, Lease Term, Approved
date.
- Save any changes
by clicking Next to go to the
New Charges tab, and then select the
Save button. You are returned
to the Edit Posted Renewals grid.
Note
Only Date Begins,
Date Ends, Lease
Term on the Lease Renewal Dates tab can be modified; nothing on
the New Charges tab can be modified.
Effect of Permissions
Permission to use this menu item must be granted to users
via the System module. Users without the permission will not see Edit
Posted Renewals in the menu.
