Denominator List
Make the following selections from the menu to display
this page:
Reports—Setup Reports—Denominator List
This report is a listing
of denominators previously set up for commercial properties (i.e.,
property type set to 6-Standard Commercial).
Denominators are unique codes used to define a tenant's proportionate
share, which the system uses in the calculation of recoveries.
Report Details
Note
This topic provides report details for
commercial properties only; that is, properties with the property type
set to 6-Standard Commercial.
Code
Identifies the denominator coded used for the
tenant's proportionate share of rent.
Description
A brief description of the denominator code.
Details
Lists details entered during set up.
To Display the Denominator List
- From the eSite menu,
select Reports—Setup
Reports—Denominator
List.
- Click Select
Properties. Select the properties for which you want to print the
report and click Done.
- Select the information
you want to see on the report (refer to the Selection Criteria for this
report).
- Select a Report
Format option: Acrobat
Reader (default), Crystal Viewer, Excel.
- Click Display. If you selected the printing option, Excel,
you are prompted to open or save the report Excel file. Otherwise, the
report opens in your preferred format.
Effect of Permissions
User security permissions must be granted in the System
module to access this menu item.
