CPI Code List
Make the following selections from the menu to display
this page:
Reports—Setup Reports—CPI Code List
This report shows a listing of CPI Codes previously set
up for commercial properties (i.e., property type set to 6-Standard
Commercial).
Selection Criteria
Summary List
Default. Mark to print a summarized listing of
CPI codes.
Detail List
Mark to print a detailed listing of CPI codes.
Report Details
Note
This topic provides report details for
commercial properties only; that is, properties with the property type
set to 6-Standard Commercial.
Summary
Code
Identifies the CPI Code.
Description
A description of the CPI Code.
Detail
Code
Identifies the CPI Code.
Description
A description of the CPI Code.
Start Date
The date the billing is scheduled to start.
Value
Identifies the value applied to the CPI Code.
Value Description
A description of the CPI Code value.
To Display the CPI Codes List
- From the eSite menu,
select Reports—Setup
Reports—CPI
Code List.
- Click Select
Properties. Select the properties for which you want to print the
report and click Done.
- Select the information
you want to see on the report (refer to the Selection Criteria for this
report).
- Select a Report
Format option: Acrobat
Reader (default), Crystal Viewer, Excel.
- Click Display. If you selected the printing option, Excel,
you are prompted to open or save the report Excel file. Otherwise, the
report opens in your preferred format.
Effect of Permissions
User security permissions must be granted in the System
module to access this menu item.
