Code List
The Cancel\Denial Code List is
a listing of cancellation codes set up for the currently selected
property or properties.
Report Details
Code
The cancel or denial code. Cancel/Denial Codes
are established on the Cancel/Denial
Codes Tab. For instance, CM for cancel and BD for denial.
Description
A brief description of the cancel or denial code;
pulled from the Cancel/Denial Codes
Tab. For instance, Changed Mind for cancel and Bad Credit for denial.
Type
Identifies whether the code is for a cancelation
or denial; pulled from the Cancel/Denial
Codes Tab.
To Display the Cancel/Denial List
- From the eSite menu,
select Reports—Setup
Reports—Cancel/Denial
List.
- Click Select
Properties. Select the properties for which you want to print the
report and click Done.
- Select a report printing
option: Acrobat Reader (default),
Crystal Viewer, Excel..
- Click Display. If you selected the printing option, Excel,
you are prompted to open or save the report Excel file. Otherwise, the
report opens in your preferred format.
Effect of Permissions
User security permissions must be granted in the System
module to access this menu item.
