Attachment Tab

This tab appears when you click Add Attachment or click a code from the Attachments grid. Use this tab to add and edit an attachment.

An asterisk (*) indicates a required field.

Denominator *

From the drop-down list, select the applicable Denominator Code. There must be at least one denominator linked to a property in order for the Tenant Recovery Setup to be completed.

Primary

From the drop-down list, select Yes or No to indicate whether or not the code you selected is the primary code to be used in the calculation of tenant recoveries for a particular property.
