Fixed Concession or select a code
Use this tab to add or edit fixed concessions.
Code
Type a code to identify the new fixed concession.
Description
Type a brief description for the new fixed concession.
Income Code
From the drop-down box, select an income code
to associate with the new fixed concession.
Note
Only concession-type Income
Codes are available in the drop-down box. When you select an income
code, the system populates the Description field.
Concession Type
From the drop-down list, select one of the following
options:
- Dollar
- the fixed concession will be based on a flat dollar amount.
- Percent
of Base Rent - the fixed concession will be based on a percentage of the
base rent.
Amount
Enter the amount or percentage for the concession
type as a credit (preceded by a minus sign). For example, to enter a concession
in the amount of $50, type -50;
or, to enter a 5% concession, type -5.
Note
Do not include a plus sign in your entry. Doing so prevents
you from deleting the entry and could negatively impact your financial
records.
