Fixed Concessions Report
Make the following menu selections to display this tab:
eSite—Reports—Setup Reports—Fixed Concessions
Use this tab to print a list of fixed concessions set
up for the selected property.
Note
Fixed Concession codes are setup on the Fixed
Concessions Tab and billed to residents from
the Concession Billing Tab.
Report Details
Concession Code
The code that identifies the fixed concession.
Description
A brief text description of the fixed concession.
Income Code
The income code associated with the fixed concession.
Description
The income code description.
Concession Type
The concessions type is one of the following:
- Dollar:
The fixed concession is based on a flat dollar amount.
- Percent
of Base Rent: The fixed concession is based on a percentage of
the base rent.
Amount / Percentage
The amount or percentage of the fixed concession.
Total number of fixed concessions
The total number of fixed concessions set up for
the property.
To Print the Report
- From the eSite menu,
select Reports—Setup
Reports—Fixed
Concessions.
- Click Select
Properties. Select the properties for which you want to print the
report and click Done.
- Select a Report
Format option: Acrobat
Reader (default), Crystal Viewer, Excel.
- Click Display. If you selected the printing option, Excel,
you are prompted to open or save the report Excel file. Otherwise, the
report opens in your preferred format.
Effect of Permissions
User security permissions must be granted in the System
module to access this menu item.
