Rentable Items Rent Roll Report Tab
Make the following selections from the eSite menu to
display this page:
Reports—Management
Reports—Rentable
Items Rent Roll
This
report lists rentable items grouped by rentable item type for residents
with a Current, Notice, Transfer In or Transfer status. A rentable item
is an item that can be rented to the resident by the property for a fee.
For instance, parking spaces or garages are good examples of rentable
items.
Selection Criteria
Rentable Item
Select the rentable item to include from the drop-down
list. Rentable Items are established on the Rentable
Items Tab.
Report Details
Space (Item)
The rentable item assigned Space (Item) number.
For instance, if the rentable item was a garage then the garage number
is listed.
Prop
The property ID where the resident leasing the
Space (Item lives.
Bldg
The building ID where the resident leasing the
Space (Item) lives.
Unit
The unit ID where the resident leasing the Space
(Item) lives.
Res. ID
The resident ID where the resident leasing the
Space (Item) lives.
Name
The name of the resident leasing the Space (Item).
Status
The leased status of the Space (Item); Leased
or Vacant.
Lease Dates (Begins/Ends)
Begins - The rentable item's recurring charge Pro-In Date.
Ends - Either the rentable item’s recurring charge Ends Date, or if no Ends Date exists, then the lease’s Ends Date.
Market
The Space's (Item's) current market or street
value, which is established on the Rentable
Items grid.
Actual
The fee actually billed to the resident leasing
the Space (Item).
Variance
The difference between the market value and actual
amount billed. This number is calculated as Market - Actual = Variance.
Totals
Total Items
Total number of items.
Rented Items
The total number of rented items.
Available Items
The total number of available items.
To Display Rentable Items Rent Roll Report
- From the eSite menu,
select Reports—Management
Reports—Rentable
Items Rent Roll.
- From the Rentable
Item drop-down list, select the rentable item to include on the
report.
- Select a Report
Format option: Acrobat
Reader (default), Crystal Viewer, Excel.
- Click Display. If you selected the printing option, Excel,
you are prompted to open or save the report Excel file. Otherwise, the
report opens in your preferred format.
