General Tab Roles

Use this tab to add or edit role information.

Complete the fields on this tab using the list below. Select the Save button. To continue, go to the Definition tab or select another option from the menu.

Fields

Note

A red asterisk ( * ) indicates a required field or selection.

Name *

Enter the name of the role. For example, enter Technician or AP Clerk.

Description

Enter a description of the role. For example, enter HVAC Technician for A/C and Heating repair or AP Clerk at Corporate.
