Help Not Displaying

Online Help may not display for any of the following reasons:

Nothing Selected from Menu

Separate Help files exist for each of the primary menu selections; for example, eFinancials and System each have their own Help files. Prior to displaying Help, you must select a menu entry and have an application page displaying in the work area of your screen.

  1. Select items from one of the primary menus until an application page displays in the work area.
  2. Click Help. The Help file page associated with the application page displays.
  3. Click the Show link to display a table of contents for the Help file.
  4. Navigate the table of contents for more information.

Missing Help Topic

If you have an application page displaying in the work area and this Help page is still displaying, you may have found an undocumented page. Please report the problem to Support.

Background Display

As you access Help repeatedly, the Help page may begin to display in the background. Look at your operating system task bar. If you see a second eFinancials button with a name that starts http://..., select that button to display the Help page.
