Using Help

Help provides setup information and instructions for using specific features of the software,

To Display Help

  1. From a page in the application, click the Help button Help button. The Help appears in a new browser window.
  2. To open the Table of Contents and other Help options, click Show in the upper left corner of the Help page. If you are running on a secure server, a security warning displays. Click OK to acknowledge the message.

The Help browser contains the following buttons to help you quickly find the information you need.

Button

Description

Contents

Click the Contents button to display the table of contents in the left pane of the Help browser. The table is composed of books and pages. Click books until pages display. Click a page to display a topic in the pane to the right of the table of contents.

Index

 

Click the Index button to display a noun-driven index in the left pane of the Help file. You can use the index to search for various pieces of information.

Search

 

Click the Search button to display the search engine in the left pane of the Help file, and then enter a short word or phrase in the search field. Click the Go Search button to search all of Help.

Print

 

Click the Print button to display your operating system’s Print window toprint pages from the Help.
