Unqualified Guests Detail Tab

This tab appears when you click a guest name from the Unqualified Guests Setup Tab. Use this tab to specify the reason the guest or resident is considered unqualified to lease.

Note

An asterisk (*) indicates a required field.

Name*

For Guests—Enter the name of the guest unqualified to lease.

For Residents—The system auto-populates this field when the resident name is selected using the Select Resident link.

SSN*

For Guests—Enter the social security number of the guest who is unqualified to lease.

For Residents—The system auto-populates this field when the resident name is selected using the Select Resident link.

Reason for Non-Qualification

Select the reason the guest or resident is considered unqualified to lease from the drop-down list.

Select Resident

Select this link to display the Resident Lookup tab used to select the resident to specify unqualified to sign a future lease.
