Unqualified Resident/Guest

The unqualified resident or guest name listed as last name, first name, and middle initial.

SSN

If collected, the resident/guest social security number.

Property

Identifies the property they initially contacted.

Comment

Lists any comments entered during guest card entry.

Date Created

The date the guest card was entered into the system listed in the format mm/dd/yyyy.

Created By

The name or ID of the person who entered the guest card into the system.

1. From the eSite menu, select Reports—Setup Reports—Unqualified Guests List.
2. Select a Report Format option: Acrobat Reader (default), Crystal Viewer, Excel.
3. Click Display. If you selected the printing option, Excel, you are prompted to open or save the report Excel file. Otherwise, the report opens in your preferred format.

User security permissions must be granted in the System module to access this menu item.
