To Run Preliminary Go Live
  1. From the eSite menu, select Special—Go Live.
  2. On the Go Live Tab, at Select Property, highlight the property or properties to run preliminary go live for.
  3. At Preliminary, verify the box is checked. If not, click the box to add a checkmark.
  4. Select the Process button when all data entry is completed. The system displays a confirmation message validating the go live date for the selected property or properties and that you want to continue with the go live process.
  5. Click OK. The system produces a Go Live Exceptions report listing any required and relevant items that may not have been set up correctly or that you should consider prior to running the final go live process.
  6. Resolve any outstanding issues as outlined in the ClosedGo Live Exceptions report.

    Messages that may display on the Go Live Exceptions report include:

    • This Property has no exceptions
    • This unit's occupancy status is 'Status'. Adding this resident will violate the property's leasing policies. All units must comply with those policies prior to running Go Live.
  7. BACK UP YOUR DATA.

It is very important that you have a backup of your data in case there are problems with the Go Live process and your data is corrupted.
