To Perform a Move-Out
  1. Make these selections from the eSite menu: Leasing, Notice & Move-Out.
  2. Select a resident to work with by clicking Name. The Notice/Move-Out Task Selection Tab displays.
  3. Select the action that best describes what you want to do. The notice or move out tabs display.
  4. Complete the tabs. For help, refer to the field lists on the Notice/Move-Out Task Selection Tab.
  5. Use the grid to locate and select the resident to move out. Selecting Name displays the Notice\Move Out Tab.
  6. Select Perform a Move Out. A series of move out tabs display, opened to the Move Out Dates Tab.
  7. Complete the requested information and click the Next button.

NoteNote:

The system auto-displays an alert message if the resident did not give proper notice. If this happens, click the OK button to advance to the Move Out Fees Tab.

  1. Complete the requested information and click the Next button. The Move Out Prorates Tab displays.
  2. Complete the requested information.
  3. Click the Save button when all data entry is complete.
