To Copy an Existing Addenda Memo Form — Manufactured Housing Only

Note

The system allows you to copy an existing addenda form from one property to another to eliminate having to individually set up a memo form for each property as long as both properties meet all these criteria: 1) both properties exist in the same database, 2) both properties are set up as property type 2-Manufactured Housing, and 3) both properties use the same memo form layouts. Refer to Manufactured Housing Concepts and Processes for more information.

1. From the eSite menu, select Setup—Property—Properties.
2. From the Properties Grid, select the property ID of the property to copy the memo form to.
3. From the Property Tab, from the Property Type drop-down list, select 2-Manufactured Housing.
4. At the prompt, click OK to use another property's addenda memo form.
5. From the Select Property list, select the property to copy from.
6. From the Properties Tab, click Save.
