Property Duplicate Tab
Make the following menu selections to display the tab:
Setup—Property—Properties—(Duplicate link)
Use this tab to apply the selection made for one property
to another property; that is, duplicate the selections.
Fields
From Property
Select a source property from the drop-down list.
Selections you made for this property can be used to make selections for
the target property.
To Property
Select a target property from the drop-down list.
Selections you made for the From Property can be used to make selection
for this property.
Setup Item
Select an action for each item displaying in the
setup item list.
The items that display on the list depend on selections
you have made in policies. For example, if you select No
for the field Track Leasing Agents in the Property
Policy Additional Options category, the option Agents
does not display on the setup item list. If you select Yes
or Require, then the option Agents
displays on this list.
Action
Skip
Select this action when you do not want the system
to duplicate the selections made for a setup item.
Add New Only
Select this action when you want the system to
only add the new selections made for a setup item.
Report Format
Acrobat Reader
Select this option if you want reports for the
duplicated property to appear in an Acrobat Reader.
Crystal Viewer
Select this option if you want reports for the
duplicated property to appear in a Crystal Viewer.
Excel
Select this option if you want reports for the
duplicated property to appear in a spreadsheet.
To Duplicate a Property
- On the Properties
grid, locate the property you want to duplicate.
- Select the Duplicate link in the Duplicate column. The Property
Duplication tab displays.
- At From
Property, select the source property from the drop-down list.
- At To
Property, select the property for which selection are to be duplicated
from the drop-down list.
- Complete the remainder
of the fields on the tab using the Fields
list.
- Click Submit to save the duplicate property. A confirmation
message displays.
- Click OK to duplicate the property selections. A status
message displays, and then a process complete message displays. If exceptions
are found, a report prints. The system requires all exceptions to be cleared
prior to completing the property copy.
- Click OK
to acknowledge the message. The Dashboard displays.
