To Calculate a Prorated Move-In Charge

1. From the eSite menu select Leasing—Prorate Calculator.
2. Complete the fields on the Prorate Calculator Tab.
3. Click Save. The system auto-calculates the prorated move-in charge and displays the amounts in the grid.
