eSite calculates rents on a monthly basis. If a resident
moves in or out of a unit on any day other than the first of the month
it calculates a prorated amount of rent to bill the resident. For instance,
Resident A leased unit 101 and plans to move into the unit on 05/15/2006.
eSite bills Resident A for occupying the unit from the dates 05/16/2006
through 05/31/2006.

calculate prorated billing and credit amounts.
Prorate Type
Identifies the prorate
type selected to compute the prorate amounts.
Move In
Enter the date the resident moved in or click
the Calendar button 
to display on electronic calendar.
eSite uses this date to calculate the prorated move-in charge.
Move Out
Enter the date the resident moved out or click
the Calendar Button to display an electronic calendar. eSite uses this
date to calculate the prorated move-out charge.
Lease Charge
Enter the current lease charge or click the Calendar
Button to display an electronic calendar. eSite uses this amount to calculate
the prorated billing or credit amount.
FFP Begins
The system defaults in the first full period date
based on the current system date. Accept the default or enter a different
date. To enter a different date, type the date or click the Calendar Button
to display an electronic calendar.
Frequency
Accept the default or select a different billing
frequency from the drop-down list.
Monthly—(default)
lease charges are billed on a monthly basis.
Annually—lease
charges are billed on an annual basis.
Semi-Annually—lease charges
are billed on a semi-annual basis.
Quarterly—lease
charges are billed on a quarterly basis.
Weekly —lease
charges are billed on a weekly basis.
Daily—lease
charges are billed on a daily basis.
Move In Charge
The computed prorate move-in charge.
Move Out Credit
The computed prorate move-out credit amount.
Move Out Charge
The computed prorate move-out charge.
Total
Total lines are listed for the following columns:
Lease Charge, Move-In Charge, Move-Out Credit, and Move-Out Charge.
