Use this grid to manage the begin and end dates for semesters.
Semesters
Semesters, numbered.
Name
The semester name (for example, Spring or Fall).
Begin Date
The date (mm/dd/yyyy) that marks the beginning
of the semester. Type a date or click the calendar button to select a
date.
End Date
The date (mm/dd/yyyy) that marks the end of the
semester. Type a date or click the calendar button to select a date.
Button
Move Periods
Select the button if you want the system to replace
period data with next period data. This advances semester names and dates
so that Semester 5 data becomes Semester 4 data, Semester 4 data becomes
Semester 3 data, and so on. Semester 2 data becomes Semester 1 data, and
the original Semester 1 data moves off of the tab.
Reset
Clears all fields on the tab.
Fields
