Scheduled Charges Audit Report
Make the following menu selections to display this page:

Charges Audit
The Scheduled Charges Audit Report is available in two
formats: Summary and Detail. The report lists the current lease charges
and scheduled changes for a specified As Of Date. The report shows the
difference between current and future charges, and the property total.
The Details report also includes totals by lease.
Selection Criteria
Note
An asterisk (*) indicates
a required field or selection.
Select Properties
Click to select properties from the Select
Properties pop-up. The report runs for all selected properties.
Summary List
Select this option to view the Summary report.
Detail List
Select this option to view the Detail report.
Unapproved Renewals
Select this check box if you want the report to
include information for unapproved renewals.
Residents with a Zero Difference
Select this check box if you want the report to
include information for residents with no scheduled changes to lease charges.
New Charges Date *
Type the As Of date for the reported lease charges.
The report will list charges as of the specified Property Selection Date
and the New Charges Date.
Report Details
Note
The following report details assume all defaults are
selected. The display may vary depending on the criteria you select.
Apt
The building + unit number (for example, 01-A101).
Name
The primary occupant name (for example Sam Smith)
RS
The resident
status (for example, Current).
Lease Begins Expires
This column displays two dates (mm/dd/yyyy): the
Lease Begins Date and the Lease Expires Date.
Renewal Begins Approved
This column displays two dates (mm/dd/yyyy): the
Renewal Begins Date and the Renewal Approved Date.
Income Code
This column appears on the Detail report only
and shows the income code associated with the charges (for example, Rent).
Charges As Of
This column displays two dates (mm/dd/yyyy). The
first day is the specified Property Selection Date and the second date
is the New Charges Date.
Difference
This column displays the dollar amount difference
between the old and new charge. For instance, if the old charge was $100
and the new charge is $150, then this column shows $50 difference.
Property Total
Totals are listed for the charges shown in the
Old and New date columns.
To Display the Scheduled Charges Audit
- From
the eSite menu, select Reports—Audit Reports—Scheduled
Charges Audit.
- Click Select
Properties. Select the properties for which you want to print the
report and click Done.
- Select the option
for the report you want to view: Summary
or Detail.
- If you want the report
to include information for unapproved renewals, select the Unapproved
Renewals check box.
- if you want the report
to include information for residents with no scheduled changes to lease
charges, select the Residents with a
Zero Difference check box.
- In the New
Charges Date field, type the As Of date for the reported lease
charges. The report will list charges as of the specified Property Selection
Date and the New Charges Date.
- Select a Report
Format option: Acrobat
Reader (default), Crystal Viewer, Excel.
- Click Display. If you selected the printing option, Excel,
you are prompted to open or save the report Excel file. Otherwise, the
report opens in your preferred format.
