Lease-related letters, such as application letters, move-in letters, invoices, late notices, and other letters associated with a specific lease or resident can be saved and stored in an eSite database. Copies of saved letters can be viewed by selecting Saved Letters from the Lease Changes Task Selection tab.
Access to this function is based on permissions set in System. Refer to System Help (System—Applications on Menu—Security—Users) for complete details.
Note
User access to individual Lease Changes tasks is determined by eSite user security permissions. For information about setting user permissions, refer to the System Help.
