This is one of two places to enter the Sales History 
 for a commercial property. This tab appears when you click Next 
 from the Formula Steps tab. Use this 
 tab when setting the tenant up for the first time and have Sales History 
 to enter. 
        You can also recording a tenant’s retail sales history 
 at Rebilling—Retail—Record Sales. It is recommended you use the Rebilling—Retail—Record 
 Sales for continuous updating of the tenant’s sales history.
        
            Period Reported
            Display only. The period retail sales amounts 
 were reported for displayed in MM/YYYY format.
            Date Reported
            Enter the date retail sales amounts were reported. 
 Or use the Calendar Button to select 
 a date.
            Sales Amount Reported
            Enter the amount of retail sales reported by this 
 tenant. Or use the Calculator Button 
 to figure an amount.
            # of Months Reported
            Enter the number of months the tenant reported 
 retail sales amounts for. Or use the Calculator 
 Button to figure an amount.
            Amount Billed
            Display only. This field records the actual amount 
 billed. The system auto-fills this amount when bills are generated.
            Estimated Sales Flg
            A flag indicating whether or not these sales figures 
 are estimated. 
Yes—sales 
 figures are estimated.
No—sales 
 figures are not estimated.
            Weighted Sq Ftg
            Display only. This field records the weighted 
 square footage amounts. The system auto-fills this amount when bills are 
 generated.
            Delete
            Select the Delete icon 
 to remove the selected line item from the Sales 
 History grid.
