Sales Detail Tab

This tab appears when you select a period from the Retail Sales Detail Tab. Use this tab to add or edit sales detail.

Tenant Header Details

Fields at the top of the page auto-fill with detailed information pulled from the Tenant Information Form 1.

Sales Category

The Sales Category of the tenant business.

Period Reported

The period for which the sales amounts were reported (mm/yyyy). Displays only after saved.

Date Reported *

The date sales amounts were reported by the tenant (mm/dd/yyyy). This date defaults to the current system date. To change the date, type another date or use the Calendar Button to select a date.

Sales Amount

The amount of retail sales reported for the period specified. This amount defaults to 0. To enter a different amount, type another amount (format 0000.00) or use the Calculator Button to figure an amount.

# of Months

The number of months defined in the reporting frequency.

Estimated

Indicates whether the amount of sales should be based on actual or estimated amounts.

Yes – The sales amount is based on actual amounts.

No – The sales amount is not based on estimated amounts.
