Sales Detail History

Make the following selections from the menu to display this page:

Reports—Commercial Reports Only—Retail Reports—Sales Detail History

The Sales Detail History Report is a detailed listing of reported sales, for commercial properties (property type 6-Standard Commercial), for each tenant, building, or property during a specified range of periods.

Select Properties

Click to select properties from the Select Properties tab. The report runs for all selected properties.

Range of Tenants

Building From

Printing the report calls for a building range to print from. Select the first building to include using the Lookup Button. By default, the system fills the Suite From field with the associated suite number.

Building To

Printing the report calls for a building range to print from. Select the first building to include using the Lookup Button. By default, the system fills the Suite From field with the associated suite number.

Suite From

Refer to the Building From description above.

Suite To

Refer to the Building To description above.

Period From

Printing the report calls for a period range to print from. Enter the first period to include using the format mm/yyyy.

Period Thru *

Printing the report calls for a period range to print from. This period defaults to the period of the current system date. Accept the default or enter the last period to include using the format mm/yyyy.

Grid Details

If ranking groups are used, the report calls for which ranking groups to include. Make your selections from the grid.

Ranking

The ranking group code.

Ranking Group

The description of the ranking group.

Ranking Period

The period in which the group was last ranked.

Selected

Click the box to select a single ranking group. Or, click the header to select all ranking groups at once.

Sales Category

The Sales Category. Sales Categories are established in Sales Categories Setup.

Sales Begin Date

The beginning date for sales..

Sales End Date

The ending date for sales.

Sales Over (Breakpoint)

The amount of the stated breakpoint per the tenant's lease agreement, which equals the amount listed in the Sales From field below.

Report Freq

The frequency for reported sales history. Options include M = Monthly, Y = Yearly.

Days After to Report

The number of days after the Sales Period the tenant has to report sales amounts for Monthly Reporting.

Days to Report (Annual)

The number of days after the Sales Period the tenant has to report sales amounts for Annual Reporting.

Sales Percentages

Sales From

The minimum amount of retail sales necessary to begin billing percentage rent for.

Sales To

The maximum amount of retail sales necessary to begin billing percentage rent for.

Pct.

The amount of percentage rent to bill based on tenant's reported retail sales amounts using the percentage rates for specified sales categories and types.

Sales Offsets

Type

The type of sales offset used when calculating sales figures.

Code

The income code to use when figuring the offset amount for Type.

Amount

The amount of the sales offset if Flat Amount is the sales offset Type.

Pct.

The percentage of the offset amount to use in the percent rent calculations.

Refund

Shows Y if any of the offset overage is refundable or N if it is not.

Max Pct.

The maximum percentage allowed for offsetting sales figures.

Sales History

Sales Category

The Sales Category. Sales Categories are established in Sales Categories Setup.

Prd Reported

The year and period reported on.

Sales

The sales volume reported on..

# of Months

The number of months reported on for sales history.

Total

Sums the sales detail for each Tenant.

ClosedTo Display the Sales Detail History Report

  1. From the eSite menu, select Reports—Retail Reports—Sales Detail History.
  2. Click Select Properties. Select the properties for which you want to print the report and click Done.
  3. Select the information you want to see on the report (refer to the Selection Criteria for this report).
  4. Select a Report Format option: Acrobat Reader (default), Crystal Viewer, Excel.
  5. Click Display. If you selected the printing option, Excel, you are prompted to open or save the report Excel file. Otherwise, the report opens in your preferred format.
