Lookup Button

The Lookup button displays on various tabs throughout the system allowing you to search for a particular unit, unit status, resident, or other item on a grid. When selected, the Lookup tab displays all or some of the following fields.

ClosedTo Use the Lookup Button

  1. Click the Lookup Button. The Look Up tab displays.
  2. Use the available options to locate an item on the grid: column headers, GOTO button.
  3. Select a link. The system loads information into the tab from which you originally selected the Lookup button.

ClosedFields

Bldg

Sortable column header used to identify the building number associated with the unit. Select the building number to auto-fill the Bldg No. field on the Select Apartment Tab.

Apt

Sortable column header used to identify the unit number. Select the unit number to auto-fill the Apartment No. field on the Select Apartment Tab.

Type

Sortable column header used to identify the unit type.

Sub Type

Sortable column header used to identify the unit sub-type.

Address

Sortable column header used to identify the unit's street address.

Current Sq Ft

Sortable column header used to identify the amount of square feet within the unit.

Market Rent

Sortable column header used to identify the unit market rent listed in dollars and cents.

Status

Sortable column header used to identify the unit status.
