Reassign Applicant Tab

Make the following menu selections to display this tab:

Leasing—Transfer Activities—Select an applicant and click Reassign Applicant

This option is available for residents with a status of Applicant or Leased. This renumber process enables you to renumber an applicant or lease from one unit to another. The same lease information is copied to the new unit. For example, use this option to transfer Wait List applicants into their appropriate units. After the transfer process is run, the system does not retain any record of the applicant ever being linked to the old unit.

To access this option, you must have the Reassign Applicant security permission. For information about user security permissions, refer to the System Help.
