top of this tab are for reference only and cannot be edited.

An asterisk (*)
indicates a required field.
Title
Enter the preferred title of the person leasing/moving
into the manufactured home. For example, Mr. Mrs. or other.
First Name
Enter the first name of the person leasing/moving
into the manufactured home.
MI
Enter the middle initial of the person leasing/moving
into the manufactured home.
Last Name *
Enter the last name of the person leasing/moving
into the manufactured home.
Responsible
Determine the occupant's financial responsibility
status from the drop-down list: Responsible, Not Responsible or Guarantor.
Options
Responsible—occupant
resides in the manufactured home and is financially responsible for the
lease.
Not Responsible—occupant resides
in the manufactured home but is not financially responsible for the lease.
Guarantor—person
listed does not reside in the manufactured home but financially guarantees
payment for the lease per the lease agreement. For example, a parent who
co-signs for a first time renter would be considered a guarantor.
Credit Info
Select the Credit
link to display a credit application tab. The tab that displays varies
depending on the Credit Agency your company has agreed to partner with.
If you have not completed the proper setup this tab does not display.
Rather, the system lists instructions explaining how to complete the setup.

Insurance
Select the Insurance
link to display a renter's insurance application tab. The tab that displays
varies depending on the renter's insurance agency your company has agreed
to partner with. If you have not completed the proper setup this tab does
not display. Rather, the system lists instructions explaining how to complete
the setup. Refer to Credit/Insurance
