Occupant Address/Details Tab
This tab appears when you click the Address/Details link
on the Guarantor Signed tab. Use
this tab to add or edit the address for the lease guarantor.
Fields
Note
An asterisk (*)
indicates a required field.
Address *
Type the street address for the lease guarantor.
City *
Type the city of the lease guarantor.
State *
Type the state of the lease guarantor.
Zip *
Type the zip code of the lease guarantor.
Country
Type the country of the lease guarantor.
Phone Number *
Type the phone number of the lease guarantor.
Email
Type the email address of the lease guarantor.
Gender
Select the occupant's gender from the drop-down
list: Male or Female.
Marital Status
Select the occupant's marital status from the
drop-down list: Not Entered, Single, Married, Divorced or Widowed.
SSN
Enter the occupant's social security number.
Annual Income
Enter the occupant's annual income using the format
0000.00.
Note
Email, Gender, Marital Status, SSN, and Income are required
based off Property Policies – Data Collections.
