Reports—Building Reports—Occupancy & Availability
The Occupancy & Availability by Building Report prints three separate reports depending on the criteria you select. Each shows information for occupied and available units for a selected property and building range:
Note
An asterisk (*) indicates a required field or selection.
Select Properties
Click to select properties from the Select Properties tab. The report runs for all selected properties.
From / Thru* Building
Select the first and last number of the building range for the report.
Page Break between Buildings
To include a page break after each set of Building information, select this check box. Otherwise, leave this check box cleared.
Print Detail by Unit Occupancy Status
Select this option to display the Unit Occupancy Status Report and to disable the Deduct Notice Available from Leased % field.
Print Summary by Unit Sub-Type
Select this option to display the Unit Status Summary by Unit Sub-Type Report.
Print Summary by Unit Type
Select this option to display the Unit Status Summary by Unit Type Report.
Deduct Notice Available from Leased %
To exclude the Notice Not Leased amount from the Leased % calculation, select this check box.

Date Vacated
The date the unit was vacated.
Calculated Vacancy
An estimate of lost rent for this unit. This number is calculated as Days Vacant * Market Rent/30.

The units carpet, appliance and other colors.
Amenities
The units amenities. For instance, Pool View or Fireplace.
Date Ready
The date the unit was made ready for leasing.

Note
The total unit count for percentage calculations includes Construction units. Keep this in mind when comparing this report to other eSite reports because this may cause differences when comparing those percentages to other reports.

The total number of units, both vacant and on-notice without an associated application or lease.
Vacant Lsd
The total number of vacant units with an associated application or lease.
Notice Lsd
The total number of on-notice units with an associated application or lease.
Total Occupied
The total number of units that have an associated applicant, lease, or resident.
Employ
The total number of units on the property that have the status, Employee.
Model
The total number of units on the property that have the status, Model.
Special
The total number of units on the property that have the status, Special.

The total number of units on the property that have the status, Construction.
Down
The total number of units on the property that have the status, Down.
% Occ
The percentage of units listed by sub-type that are considered occupied for NA, NL, NP and OC unit statuses. This number is calculated as Total Number of Unit Sub-Types considered occupied/Total Number of Units of that Sub-Type for the selected property.

Total
Totals are listed for square footages, market rents, total units, vacant not leased units, notice not leased units, total units not leased, vacant leased units, notice leased units, total occupied units, employee units, model units, special units, construction units, down units, % occupied units and % leased units.
Percent
Percentage totals are listed for total units, vacant not leased units, notice not leased units, total not leased units, vacant leased units, notice leased units, total occupied units, employee units, model units, special units, construction units, and down units.
Avg
Average amounts are listed for square footage amounts, market rent amounts and market per square foot amounts.
Report Details - Unit Status Summary by Unit Type
This report prints when Print Summary by Unit Type is selected from the Occupancy & Availability Tab.
Note
The total unit count for percentage calculations includes Construction units. Keep this in mind when comparing this report to other eSite reports because this may cause differences when comparing those percentages to other reports.
Bldg ID
The building ID or number. For instance, 01 used to separate the report data by building.
Apt
The unit sub-type. For instance, 2B2B F stands for two bedroom, two bath with fireplace.
Sq. Ft.
The unit's total square footage.
Market Rent
The unit market or street value, which may differ from the rent amount actually billed to the resident leasing the unit.
Mkt $/Sqft
The market rent amount per the unit square foot. This number is calculated as Market Rent Amount/Total Unit Square Foot Amount.
Total Units
The total unit count for the property.
Vacant Not Lsd
The number of vacant units without an associated application or lease.
Notice Not Lsd
The number of on-notice units without an associated application or lease.
Total Not Lsd
The total number of units, both vacant and on-notice without an associated application or lease.
Vacant Lsd
The total number of vacant units with an associated application or lease.
Notice Lsd
The total number of on-notice units with an associated application or lease.
Total Occupied
The total number of units that have an associated applicant, lease, or resident.
Employ
The total number of units on the property that have the status, Employee.
Model
The total number of units on the property that have the status, Model.
Special
The total number of units on the property that have the status, Special.
Construct
The total number of units on the property that have the status, Construction.
Down
The total number of units on the property that have the status, Down.
% Occ
