Occupancy and Availability

This report prints three separate reports depending on the criteria you select. Each show a breakdown of information for occupied and available units.

Select Properties

Click to select properties from the Select Properties pop-up. The report runs for all selected properties.

Print Detail by Unit Occupancy Status

Mark this option to display the Unit Occupancy Status Report.

Print Summary by Unit Sub-Type

Mark this option to display the Unit Status Summary by Unit Sub-Type Report.

Print Summary by Unit Type

Mark this option to display the Unit Status Summary by Unit Type Report.

Deduct Notice Available from Leased % (check box)

Accept the default to exclude the Notice Not Leased amount from the Leased % calculation when the report is displayed. Or, select the check box to include it.

If this check box is cleared, the report calculates Leased % as: Total Apts -Vacant Not Leased] / Total Apts.

If this check box is selected, the report calculates Leased % as: Total Apts - (Vacant Not Leased - Notice Not Leased)] / Total Apts.

Note

This check box is not available for the Unit Occupancy Status Report.

From the eSite menu, select Reports—Management Reports—Occupancy & Availability.
Click Select Properties. Select the properties for which you want to print the report and click Done.
Select the button for the report you want to generate:

Print Detail by Unit Occupancy Status: generates the Unit Occupancy Status Report.

Print Summary by Unit Sub-Type: generates the Unit Status Summary by Unit Sub-Type Report.

Print Summary by Unit Type: generates the Unit Status Summary by Unit Type Report.

If you want to include the Notice Not Leased amount in the Leased % calculation, select the Deduct Notice Available from Leased % check box.
Select a Report Format option: Acrobat Reader (default), Crystal Viewer, Excel.
Click Display. If you selected the printing option, Excel, you are prompted to open or save the report Excel file. Otherwise, the report opens in your preferred format.
