Letters Overview

The Letters option allows you to automate the production of letters. Using this option, you can create the format for letters used for leases, notices, move-ins, invoices, and statements. You can generate letters and print them in batches. In addition, a procedure that has a letter associated with it can be set up to have the letter print automatically when the process is performed.
