Lease Charges Tab

Make the following selections from the eSite menu to display this page:

Processing—Lease Charges

Lease Charges defines what As Of date to consider when running lease charge calculation reports. This process may be run by multiple users from different properties within the same database simultaneously. If multiple users attempt to run Lease Charges for the same property, an alert box displays indicating to the second user that the process is currently being run by another user, and will not allow the second user to continue until the first user's process is complete.

Property policies trigger the display of this option within the Processing menu.   Property policies trigger the display of this option within the Processing menu versus the options Begin of Day and End of Day.

Select Properties

Click to select properties from the Select Properties tab. The report runs for all selected properties.

Run As Of *

The date defaults to the current system date. Accept the default or enter another date to run the process as of using the format mm/dd/yyyy. Or use the Calendar Button to select a date.
