Effect of Property Policies on Lease Charges

Property policies define how eSite responds. For Lease Changes, property policies affect the data included when these processes are run and how that information is counted and calculated.

The choices are made in the Additional Options, Lease Expirations, and Move-Out categories for property policies:

Setup—Policies—Property Policies—(category).

NOTE that an administrator can change policy settings. Caution should be exercised when altering defaults or established settings, as changes can have far-reaching effects on the way the system handles your computing results on the Leasing Summary Report.
