Guest Card Statuses

Guest Card Status is determined based on Guest Card Contacts.

The status is determined as follows:

• If a Guest Card has a single Visit, then the status is Visit.
• If a Guest Card has multiple Visit contacts, then the status is Returned.
• If the Guest Card has no Visit contacts but has one or more Phone contacts, then the status is Phoned.
• If the Guest Card has only Internet contacts, the status is Internet.

When adding a Guest Card, the default status is Visit.
