Review/Approve Renewal Pricing Tab

Use Review/Approve Renewal Pricing to review and approve renewal pricing submitted by Rainmaker LRO revenue management software. Users with permissions (managers) are shown lease renewal details for each unit / lease term. The user can select to approve any of the pricing shown. The new renewal amounts are then posted to eSite via the eDex Web method. Only approved lease renewal amounts are used in lease renewal processing.

Find

Use the Find button to locate an item in the grid.

Property

Select a property for which to review/approve renewal pricing from the drop-down list.

Bldg

Building and unit number of a unit for which you can review/approve renewal pricing.

Unit

Building and unit number of a unit for which you can review/approve renewal pricing.

Lease Term

The lease term for the unit in months. If "1", then the lease is currently month-to-month.

Base Rent

The Base Rent for this offer, including amenities.

Total Concession

Total value of concessions offered on the unit (concession amount is imported from the LRO Web service).

Effective Rent

The resultant rent for this unit.

Discretionary Concession

The manager's discretionary concession available for this unit.

Move-In Rate

The Move-in Rate for this offer.

Approve check box/column

Select the check box for individual renewal detail lines in the Approve column to approve, or select the Approve check box to approve all renewal detail lines.
