The following policies affect Unit Active/Inactive Dates and govern whether or not related options are available throughout the system.
Setup—Policies—Global Policies—Inter Property Additional tab
Use Unit Active/Inactive Dates — Selecting this policy triggers the Property Policy Use Unit Active/Inactive Dates to display the report prompt Include Inactive Units on appropriate report screens.
Setup—Policies—Property Policies—Additional Options category
Use Unit Active/Inactive Dates — This policy controls whether or not the Active and Inactive date fields appear on the Unit Setup Details Form. If checked, these fields display for all unit types except Wait List. The default setting for this policy is Unchecked.
