These fields display on the Credit Check tab when ResidentData is selected as the Credit Agency used to process the credit check.

An asterisk (*) indicates a required field.
Personal
First Name *
Enter the first name of the person applying for the credit check.
MI
Enter the first initial of the person applying for the credit check.
Last Name *
Enter the last name of the person applying for the credit check.
Suffix
Use the drop-down to select a suffix.
Mother's Maiden Name
Enter the applicant's mother's maiden name.
SSN *
Enter the applicant's social security number.
DOB *
Ener the applicant's date of birth in MM/DD/YYYY format.
Driver License
Enter the applicant's driver's license number.
Driver License State
Select the state for the applicant's driver's license.
Type
Select a type for the applicant. Options include Applicant, Guarantor, Husband, Wife.
Skip Screening
Select to skip screening for this applicant. Defaults as unchecked.
Unit Applied For
Unit ID
Displays the Unit ID.
Monthly Rent *
Displays the unit market rent by default. This is an editable field.
Current Address Details
Street No. *
Type the street number where the applicant currently lives.
Street Name *
Type the full street name where the applicant currently lives.
Street Type
Use the drop-down to select the street type to associated with the address entered for the applicant.
Apt Number
If applicable, type the apartment number where the applicant currently lives.
City *
Enter the name of the city where the applicant currently lives.
State *
Use the drop-down to select the abbreviation of the state where the applicant currently lives.
Zip *
Type the zip code identifying where the applicant currently lives.
Use Previous Address?
A check box used to tell the system whether to display additional fields that allow you to enter previous address information.
Employment Details
Income (monthly) *
This amount is based on the annual income amount entered in Occupant Demographics and is calculated as Annual Income divided by 12. The system auto-calculates this amount and defaults it into this field. If needed, the system allows this amount to be overridden by entering a different dollar amount, but does not permanently save the change.
For example, if the applicant's Annual Income (as reported in Occupant Demographics) is $12,000, the amount defaulted in this field is $1,000. You can override this amount by entering a different value, such as $1,200 and submit the credit application but the next time a credit application is run for the same applicant this field defaults to the Annual Income/12 as originally stated. It does not remember your previous change.
Other Income
Enter any other income to be considered.
Additional Applicants
Additional Applicants Check boxes
Use to enter additional applicant information for the credit check for: Roommate, Husband, Wife, Occupant, Guarantor. One box must be selected in order to continue.
Applicant Name Hyperlink
Click to open the co-applicant information screen.
Show Last Report
Click to show the last credit report for this applicant.
Save Copy
Select this check box to save a copy of the credit report to the applicant’s saved Documents under Lease Changes. This check box is only available when reports are set up to be saved automatically.
Get New Report
Click to process a new credit report for this applicant.
