These fields display on the Credit Check tab when Tenant Tracker is selected as the Credit Agency used to process the credit check.

An asterisk (*) indicates a required field.
Personal
First Name *
Enter the first name of the person applying for the credit check.
MI
Enter the middle initial of the person applying for the credit check.
Last Name *
Enter the last name of the person applying for the credit check.
Suffix
Use the drop-down to select an available suffix.
SSN *
Type the social security number of the person applying for the credit check.
DOB *
Enter the person's date of birth who is applying for the credit check in this format: MM/DD/YYYY.
Driver License
Enter the person's drivers license number.
Driver License State
Select the name of the State where the Driver's License was issued.
Phone
Enter the phone number of the person applying for the renters insurance.
Rent *
Enter the amount of rent the applicant pays each month where they currently live.
Lease Term (in months)*
In months, type how long the tenant's lease will be.
Current Address Details
Street No. *
Type the street number where the applicant currently lives.
Street Name *
Enter the full name of the street where the applicant currently lives.
Street Type
Use the drop-down to select the street type to associate with the address entered for the applicant.
Apt Number
(If applicable) Type the apartment number where the applicant currently lives.
City *
Enter the name of the city where the applicant currently lives.
State *
Use the drop-down to select the abbreviation of the state where the applicant currently lives.
Zip *
Type the zip code identifying where the applicant currently lives.
Employment Details
Employer Name
Enter the name of the company or person who currently employs the applicant.
Income
This amount is based on the annual income amount
entered in Occupant Demographics and is calculated as Annual Income divided
by 12. The system auto-calculates this amount and defaults it into this
field. If needed, the system allows this amount to be overridden by entering
a different dollar amount, but does not permanently save the change.
Example
For instance, if the applicant's Annual Income (as reported in Occupant Demographics) is $12,000, the amount defaulted in this field is $1,000. You can override this amount by entering a different value, such as $1,200 and submit the credit application but the next time a credit application is run for the same applicant this field defaults to the Annual Income/12 as originally stated. It does not remember your previous change.
Phone
Enter the telephone number of the company or person who employs the applicant.

This drop-down corresponds with the Marketing Sources setup for the property.
Reason for leaving them
This drop-down corresponds with the with the Moving Reasons setup for guest cards in eSite.

Check this option to create a facsimile report.
Show/Hide Co-Signers
Click Show/Hide Co-Signers to view information about the co-signer. The co-signer heading information will show if the person is a Guarantor/Co-Applicant, Co-Signer, Husband, Wife, or it will show More info.

UserName *
Enter your Tenant Tracker user name.
Password
Enter your unique Tenant Tracker password.
Company Code
Enter the code for your company, which is on file with Tenant Tracker.
