Attachments List
Make the following selections from the menu to display
this page:
Reports—Setup Reports—Attachments
This reports lists information from the Attachments table
for commercial properties (i.e., property type set to 6-Standard
Commercial). Attachments are used to identify which denominator
codes will be used by a property in the recovery process and to define
the default for the tenant formula setup.
Report Details
Note
This topic provides report details for
commercial properties only; that is, properties with the property type
set to 6-Standard Commercial.
Code
The denominator code as defined on the Denominators
Tab.
Description
A description of the denominator code.
Primary?
Determines if this is this the primary denominator
code used by the property in the recovery process.
Options: Yes or No
To Display the Attachments List
- From the eSite menu,
select Reports—Setup Reports—Attachments.
- Click Select
Properties. Select the properties for which you want to print the
report and click Done.
- Select the information
you want to see on the report (refer to the Selection Criteria for this
report).
- Select a Report
Format option: Acrobat
Reader (default), Crystal Viewer, Excel.
- Click Display. If you selected the printing option, Excel,
you are prompted to open or save the report Excel file. Otherwise, the
report opens in your preferred format.
Effect of Permissions
User security permissions must be granted in the System
module to access this menu item.
