Denominators Grid

Make the following selections from the eSite menu to display this page:

Setup—Rebillings—Recoveries—Denominators

This grid lists all of the existing denominators for the property. From this grid, you can add, view, edit, and delete denominators. You can also print a listing of denominators for the property. This is applicable to commercial properties only (property type 6-Standard Commercial).

ClosedFields

Code

Code used to identify the denominator. Click to view or edit the denominator on the Denominator tab.

Description

The denominator code description.

Delete

Click the Delete icon to delete a denominator code.

Add Denominators

Click to add a new denominator on the Denominator tab.

Print

Click to print a list of the property’s denominator codes in PDF format.
